Vacuum forming equipment heats a mold/sheet to a softening temperature and then shapes it under vacuum/hot pressing. The system supports detailed temperature zone management, heating curve control, and recipe switching, ensuring uniform sheet heating, rapid heating, and stable heat retention. The modular structure facilitates expansion and maintenance, and is adaptable to vacuum forming machines of different sizes and power ratings.
In the temperature control system of an injection molding machine, the temperature controller controls each heating zone, precisely adjusts the heating plate, and automatically adjusts according to the set temperature.
