Product Intro
The TMAx064 is the main control module of the combined temperature control module. It provides two RS485 interfaces and can display the temperature setpoint SV value, temperature PV value, and output ratio MV value in real time. It supports splicing expansion acquisition modules and output modules, and can be expanded to a maximum of 64 control outputs and 192 acquisition inputs.

Product overview
Combined Temperature Control Equipment has extended full module for multiple control outputs and temperature collection. It supports up to 64-way DO or AO control output, 64-way temperature control collection and 192-way process inspection collection. The device provides one uplink RS485 interface to connect to the upper computer and one downlink RS485 interface to connect to the external temperature collector. It uses standard Modbus RTU protocol communication, and supports up to 16 devices 485 bus use.
Temperature control module has display function to display SV, PV, CH, MV value and alarm code display information, etc. The device has the features of accurate temperature control, goodstability, strong anti-interference and multi-level over-temperature protection. It has the functions,
such as stopping output when the control temperature exceeds the temperature alarm, and shutting down when the control temperature exceeds the upper limit alarm, to effectively protect the safety of the controlled items.
Model description
The Combined Temperature Control Equipment is composed of temperature control module (TMA), output expansion module DO (TEB)/ AO (TEU), temperature collection module (TEC) and serial collection module (TES). The temperature control module also supports the use of an external
temperature collector, which is connected to the downlink 485 interface of the temperature control module. When used in combination, the TEB/ TEU module shall be used close to the TMA host, the combined device model is shown in the following figure.

Networking application
Common faults
During device use, some faults may occur, and the user can restore the normal operation of the
device according to the faults and solutions listed below. If the problem cannot be solved, please contact our company.
Power failure
Fault: the panel indicator lights are not lit after power-on.
Solution:
1. Check whether the power cable is connected and is in good contact with the terminal.
2. Check whether the positive and negative poles of the power cable are reversed.
3. Use a multi-meter to measure whether the input voltage is in the specified voltage range
(12~36VDC).
Communication failure
Fault: RS485 communication failure
Solution:
1. Check whether the device parameters are configured correctly.
2. Check that the indicator lights on device panel display correctly.
3. Check whether the communication wiring is correct, if yes, check whether the
communication parameters are configured correctly.
4. Check whether the address of the 485 dial switch is the same as the communication address
of the upper computer.
