Product Intro
The TMB series of modular temperature controllers is a multi-channel control output and temperature acquisition device that can be used as an expandable module. It supports up to 64 DO or AO control outputs, 64 temperature acquisition channels, and 192 monitoring acquisition channels. The device provides two RJ45 Ethernet interfaces, supporting switching functionality. It uses standard Modbus TCP & RTU protocols for communication. The temperature control module features a display screen that shows the number of temperature control channels and alarm codes. The device is characterized by precise temperature control, high stability, strong anti-interference capabilities, and multi-level over-temperature protection. It stops output when the controlled temperature exceeds the alarm limit and shuts down output when the controlled temperature exceeds the upper limit alarm, effectively protecting the safety of the controlled items.

The modular temperature control device is flexibly composed of a temperature control module (TMB), output expansion modules DO (TEB)/AO (TEU), a regulator access module (TEN), a temperature acquisition module (TEC), and a serial port acquisition module (TES). When used in combination, the TEB/TEU/TEN modules should be placed in close proximity to the TMB host. The modular device model is shown in the figure below:
